PHYSICAL & MENTAL WELLNESS

hysical and mental wellness are two essential components of overall well-being. Physical wellness involves maintaining good health and taking care of the body through regular exercise, proper nutrition, and adequate rest. This includes engaging in physical activities such as jogging, swimming, or weightlifting, and eating a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains. Mental wellness, on the other hand, involves maintaining good mental health and taking care of the mind through stress management techniques, mindfulness practices, and seeking professional help when necessary. This includes engaging in activities such as meditation, journaling, or therapy to manage stress, anxiety, or depression.
