Mrs. Jaya Bharadwaj is Managing Trustee of Karnataka Haridasa Scientific Research Centre. “Amma” as a lot of students address her, she is the maternal figure and central pillar of our Institute. Starting as a teacher in Puttur, her personal and spiritual journey was deeply influenced by her husband and Guru, Dr. Ranganath Bharadwaj. For 35 years, she has supported the school's mission - ‘flowering of every individual’, offering her home and heart generously.

With 35 years at Syndicate Bank, Mr. Bhaskar H.M revamped our aging accounting system, ushering in digital transactions. A painter and poet, he empathizes with artists, his encouragement cherished. Always ready with a positive attitude, he's integral to our journey from 'boomer' to 'Z' and is our uncle joke guru!

Mrs. Vishalakshi Bhat has dedicated over 35 years to the Institute, contributing her expertise in color, fabrics, and embroidery to theatre arts. As Head of Administration, she efficiently manages staff, events, accounting, and office activities. Known for her strictness, she brings warmth through her amazing food and has participated in theatre both off-stage and occasionally on stage.

A patient and nurturing friend to our students and is always present for the needs of all our faculty and staff. Shobha Rajesh is integral to us in handling admissions, counseling, exams and more. Amidst COVID, she managed transitions to online classes adeptly. With her, we wonder, are there any like her left?

A cinephile with a Visual Communication degree, he's directed shorts, worked in feature films, and boasts diverse writing credits. His insights shape our digital content, from films to social media. With a penchant for podcasting and lively discussions on cinema, pop-culture, and more, conversations with him are anything but dull.

Whether early morning rehearsals or late-night programs, she's always there, inspiring us with her inner strength and resilience.

Loved by our dance students for her braiding and saree expertise, she's also our event decorator. Adored by PRE-KG and daycare kids, she ensures they're fed and ready for playtime. Affectionately called "Meenamma" she's sassy, bossy, and simply "massy"!
